PS5 Pro Potentially Teased in PlayStation 30th Anniversary Logo

With Team Asobi’s Astro Bot available this week on PS5 and celebrating the PlayStation brand via its many VIP Bots, PlayStation outlined plans for its upcoming 30th anniversary. It also released a new logo, with various devices and controllers making up the signature PlayStation face buttons.

However, eagle-eyed users like Wario 64 on Twitter have noticed what could be the PS5 Pro’s design between the PlayStation symbol and the “3.” It matches the design outlined by Dealabs’ billbil-kun in their report last week, which described a similar panel-based design to the PS5 Slim but with three stripes on its outer panel.

Sony hasn’t said anything about this, but an announcement is reportedly coming in the first half of this m…

Klopp laments poor start after Liverpool held at Fulham

Jurgen Klopp was left lamenting a poor start after Liverpool missed the chance to go top of the Premier League at Fulham.

With Tottenham only able to take a point from their visit to Crystal Palace earlier in the day, the Reds knew that a win at Craven Cottage would hand them the outright lead at the summit.

However, they failed to cope with an energetic start from Scott Parker s men, who took the lead through Bobby Decordova-Reid and continued to create chance after chance in a one-sided start to proceedings.

It is that half an hour period that Klopp believes decided the game, though he was more impressed with what his players produced during the remainder of the 90 minutes as they pinched a draw through Mohamed Salah s penalty.

He told Sky Sports: So, w…

Only 10 teams can afford Haaland – and four are in the Premier League, says Raiola

Erling Haaland can be a star for the next decade but only 10 clubs are realistically in the running to buy the striker when he leaves Borussia Dortmund, according to Mino Raiola.

The Norway international has been prolific since joining the Bundesliga club midway through the 2019-20 season, soring 43 goals in as many appearances in all competitions.

Only Robert Lewandowski (56) at Bayern Munich and Juventus forward Cristiano Ronaldo (50) have managed more for a team in the top five European leagues since the start of January last year – and Haaland is still only 20. His minutes-per-goal average of 79.51 is better than both, though.

Haaland s contract at Dortmund is rumoured to include an agreement allowing him to leave for a €75million fee at the e…

Zabaleta signs new deal; Pardew confirms Arsenal bid for Cabaye

Argentina international right-back Pablo Zabaleta has put pen to paper on a new four-year contract at the Etihad Stadium,  understands.

Zabaleta, who was voted Etihad City Player of the Year last term, joined City from RCD Espanyol in the summer of 2008.

Since arriving in Manchester, the Argentina international, 28, has scored eight goals in 175 appearances in all competitions for the Sky Blues.

I have been here for five years and it feels like home. Signing a contract extension with the club makes me feel very happy, said Zabaleta.

I feel great here, I like the Premiership, and I think Manchester City are one of the clubs looking for success in the future. It is a club that is very well-organised and when you see that everything works well …

Salah ´suffering´ after Liverpool´s dominant front three disbanded – Klopp

Mohamed Salah is suffering after seeing Liverpool s well-drilled machine frontline disbanded this season, according to Jurgen Klopp.

Sadio Mane left for Bundesliga champions Bayern Munich prior to this term, while Roberto Firmino has seen his role diminished after the arrival of Darwin Nunez and more recently Cody Gakpo.

Egypt international Salah remains the constant in Klopp s front three, though he has struggled in front of goal this campaign – converting just 11.7 per cent of his chances for seven Premier League goals.

That mark may seem poor for the three-time Premier League Golden Boot winner, whose previous lowest conversion rate for Liverpool was 14.4 per cent when he scored 19 in the 2019-20 campaign.

Of course he is suffering, said Klopp ahead…

Jurgen Klopp can attract top targets even without Champions League – Ian Rush

Jurgen Klopp can help convince top transfer targets to sign for Liverpool even if they are not in the Champions League next season, according to former Reds striker Ian Rush.

Liverpool have won their last seven games and currently sit fifth, just a point behind Newcastle and Manchester United, who both have matches in hand.

However, even if Liverpool can continue their impressive run and beat Aston Villa at Anfield on Saturday and then finish the campaign with another victory at relegated Southampton, there would be no guarantee of Champions League football again.

We can confirm Roberto Firmino, Naby Keita, James Milner and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain will leave the club upon the expiry of their contracts this summer.

Your 2016 Olympic City Is….

Rio de Janeiro! The Olympics will be held in South America for the first time ever (and only the third time in the Southern Hemisphere.) Also … Not Chicago. In a somewhat surprising turn, the Second City became the Fourth City after being eliminated in the very first round of IOC voting. Tokyo went next and Madrid came in second.
